Nước chấm (Vietnamese: [nɨ́ək cə̌m], Chữ Nôm: 渃㴨) is a common name for a variety of Vietnamese "dipping sauces" that are served quite frequently as condiments. It is commonly a sweet, sour, salty, savoury and/or spicy sauce.
