I've only eaten this cold straight out of the pot but it can be warmed in the microwave.
It's creamy full fat milk porridge with a layer of raspberry sauce at the bottom of the pot. You can stir it through or not depending on your preference. I've reordered a couple of times as I find it delicious and sustaining. Would recommend
