Dollies was started by my sister and I back in 2018, in our mum’s home kitchen. It all began when our brother returned from a food-fueled trip to New York and was having serious cookie cravings. Just as any great sibling would, we decided to take matters into our own hands and get baking. 

Not long after, we surprised him with our recipe and hoped that it would be filled with nostalgia and bring back great memories. Boy, did it do just that! They were an instant hit, not only with him but with our friends and family. 

What followed were countless requests to share our recipe, it was at that moment we realised that we had created something special. We launched our business delivering warm New York style cookies across our local city of Leicester. They proved so popular, with our social media videos going viral time after time. So much so, that we began shipping up and down the country.
