Choi Sum

Also known as Chinese Flowering Cabbage, Choi Sum is a cabbage-like Asian Leaf with bright green leaves and pale narrow fleshy stalks. With a mild flavour, choi sum is good in Asian style dishes. Choi sum works particularly well with Oyster Sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. just drain the steamed vegetable, put on a serving platter and drizzle over the liquids. Look for bright, fresh-looking leaves and avoid any are that are wilted, or limp.
