Dragon fruit = Also known as pitahaya, this striking fruit comes from a cactus native to Central America. Dragon fruit is about 10cm long and oval in shape. This fruit looks very dramatic, however this fruit is often a disappointment to eat, it's mild and sweet. Eat raw, peeled either on its own or in a fruit salads.
