With all natural ingredients and no preservatives, we boil up each batch in a huge copper pot before pouring out on to marble slabs where our Fudgemeisters work it hard flourishing huge spatulas with wild abandon to achieve our signature smoothness – firm on the outside, soft and creamy in the centre.
