Justin Llewellyn has been Executive Head Chef at The Parkgate Hotel since the luxury Cardiff venue opened in 2021, leading The Sorting Room Restaurant to a Michelin Guide listing and two AA Rosettes.

His previous posts include Head Chef at The Celtic Manor Resort and Executive Chef for a cluster of Celtic Collection properties, as well as heading up kitchens at other leading hotels in South Wales.

Having started his culinary career at an early age, cooking breakfasts for guests at his parents’ B&B guesthouse, Justin has gone on to cook for Royalty and for Tiger Woods and the world’s best golfers at the 2010 Ryder Cup.
