Comice

Considered by many to be one of the best pears, Comice Pears are a noble French variety. They are round and squat in shape. They have relatively thick skin, that is yellowy-green, with golden russeting. They have a tender bite and are sweet and richly aromatic in flavour. Good for serving with cheese.
