King Edward Potatoes - One of the best-known of the main crop varieties of potatoes. King Edward is a large potato with a pale skin touched with patches of red and with a creamy-yellow, floury flesh. It has a good flavour and can lay claim to the title of most useful allrounder. It's particularly good for baking.
