A fantastic product that is a complete meal in a bottle. It taste nice but it is even better chilled in my opinion. Flavours are good but not overpowering. Easy on the stomach as well. Great as part of a balanced meal plan with home made food. Perfect for those on the go or in need of a quick lunch/meal. Whilst some may view this as a body builder aid that isn't its only use.
